SERVICES
Sauna on reservation € 18 per person
We only accept dogs and one dog per room or apartment, for its hospitality € 10 per night.

THE TOURIST TAX IS 1 euro per person per night for a maximum of 10 days, children under 13 are exempt. We ask that you please pay it in cash.

CANCELLATION TERMS

A deposit equal to 40% of the booked services is required as confirmation of the reservation.

In case of cancellation:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
  • From 29 days to 16 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booked services.
  • From 15 days to 7 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the booked services.
  • From 6 days before the arrival date until the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the booked services.

In the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.

In accordance with Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation service bookings. The cancellation conditions also apply in cases of force majeure or supervening impossibility.
